An article published by AboutPharma on 14 October 2026 explores the growth of Dynamicom Education, Italy’s leading CME provider by revenue, and its role within the MEDUSPACE group, examining market consolidation and new prospects for medical and scientific education.

Dynamicom Education continues to be a leading player in continuing medical education (CME) in Italy. In 2025, the company, founded in Milan in 2001 by Giorgio Maggiani, generated revenue exceeding €28.9 million. This placed it first among providers exclusively dedicated to CME, within an Italian medical and scientific education market worth approximately €1 billion that remains highly fragmented, with more than one thousand small and medium-sized operators.

Accredited by Agenas since 2013, Dynamicom Education currently delivers over one thousand CME courses, covering all formats provided for under the national programme: distance learning (FAD), residential training (RES) and field-based training (FSC). The therapeutic areas on which the company has built its identity are cardiology, rheumatology, onco-haematology and pulmonology.

Over the years, Dynamicom Education has also provided organisational secretariat services to scientific societies in cardiology (Sicoa) and rheumatology (Crei). Its offering has subsequently expanded to include diabetology, gastroenterology and dermatology, consolidating a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare professional education.

Philosophy and organisation

“Passion for values” is Dynamicom Education’s corporate motto, reflecting a clearly defined organisational philosophy. This places people at the centre:

· the company embraces a philosophy founded on respect and human relationships;

· fully remote working: all employees work remotely, with employment relationships based on the highest degree of mutual trust.

From the founding shareholder to the Meduspace group

In November 2025, Dynamicom Education became part of Meduspace S.p.A. Società Benefit, the new continuing medical education group launched by the Koinos Uno fund of Koinos Capital SGR. The transaction brought together three specialised businesses under a single holding company: Dynamicom Education, Formedica (focused on rheumatology) and Meeting Planner, primarily active in medically assisted reproduction (MAR), gynaecology and paediatrics.

Giorgio Maggiani, one of the founding shareholders of Dynamicom Education, is now Chairman of Meduspace, while Sebastiano Di Guardo has been appointed Chief Executive Officer to lead the group’s operations.

In May 2026, Meduspace further expanded its scope through the acquisition of CP Cloud, a Florence-based group active in general practitioner education through its subsidiaries Euromediform and Regia Congressi, and specialised in advanced clinical simulation through the VITS (Virtual Training Support) brand, alongside SA Certification and Statista.

As part of the same transaction, LT3, a Como-based company with an established leadership position in pulmonology education, also joined the Group. With these two add-on acquisitions, the Meduspace network now comprises nine companies: Dynamicom Education, Formedica, MP, LT3, Euromediform, Regia Congressi, Virtual Training Support, SA Certification and Statista.

Financial figures

As a result of this expansion, Meduspace has achieved aggregate revenue of approximately €57 million and a team of more than 120 professionals, with the stated objective of exceeding €100 million in revenue over the next two years and continuing its consolidation strategy in the Italian CME market. The market is growing at an annual rate of 4% but still lacks an established institutional leader.

“We are facing a market worth approximately €1 billion, characterised by extreme fragmentation, with over one thousand small and medium-sized operators. This fragmentation prevents the provision of consistently high-quality services accessible to all healthcare professionals who need them,” said Giorgio Maggiani, Chief Executive Officer of Dynamicom Education and Chairman of Meduspace.

“Our objective is to fundamentally transform the approach to continuing medical education: we want to create a platform that not only meets regulatory requirements but also becomes a genuine catalyst for innovation and professional growth across the healthcare sector. It is not simply a matter of fulfilling training obligations: our aim is to raise the overall standard of medical expertise in Italy, contributing to a more efficient, forward-looking healthcare system.”

Roberto De Carlo, Partner at Koinos Capital SGR, also commented on the latest acquisition: “We are particularly proud of these two new add-on acquisitions, which come just six months after the creation of Meduspace and demonstrate the strength and speed of execution of our model.

With CP Cloud and LT3, the platform takes an important qualitative leap: it is not only growing in scale but also gaining strategic capabilities, from general practice to advanced clinical simulation, which significantly broaden our value proposition for doctors and healthcare professionals.”

With Dynamicom Education as its founding cornerstone, Meduspace therefore aims to establish itself as the national reference point in a sector that is essential to the scientific development of healthcare professionals, at a time when only 70% of Italian healthcare personnel actively participate in mandatory continuing education.
